Easy Pineapple Cake


Ingredients
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 450g can of crushed pineapple KEEP the juice
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Sift the flour in a bowl, add sugar & pineapple fruit + juice and stir through.
  2. Grease cake pan with margarine like Nuttelex and pour in batter.
Bake for 30 minutes.
