
Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 450g can of crushed pineapple KEEP the juice
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Sift the flour in a bowl, add sugar & pineapple fruit + juice and stir through.
- Grease cake pan with margarine like Nuttelex and pour in batter.
